  Absolute disgrace! This company cleaned my Croydon facility on 23/10/2025. Kitchen was a mess on the next day when I came to visit. They threw something at my sink and kept it there until I had to see it next morning and left floor a mess. Later, gave me a report stating whole cleaning was done and unfortunately I can't tell a difference before and after cleaning. I guess they are either humorous people or disrespectful unprofessionals to write kitchen was cleaned and mopped after work in the report. And for all this a £360 including VAT. A rip off!!   These guys are the absolute best at what they do. My extraction fan has been neglected for years by the previous tenents of the building that my restaurant is in, it was constantly cutting out and not sucking up any cooking fumes, causing me and my customers many problems. Then I discovered Harry and his team, they have transformed my fan into a proper extraction again and it's hardly recognisable now with the thorough deep clean that they done. I can't praise these guys enough for the excellent work and too customer service aswell, not to mention the very reasonable price I was charged, thank you so much 🙌🙌🙌

  Great service received from Duct Duct Grease. Arrived on time, on the date agreed. Very professional and nice guy. We had our kitchen extract cleaned at the cafe at work. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness of our extract system! Will definitely get DDG back again! And would highly recommend. Very reasonably priced aswell!
